Unser neu renoviertes Haus liegt im 12. Bezirk, zentral, gute Infrastruktur.
Die in 1 Minute erreichbaren öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bringen Sie in 15 Min. in
Wien´s Innenstadt zu Oper – Kärntnerstraße – Hofburg – Karlskirche –
Secession - Naschmarkt oder nach Schönbrunn.

Zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreichbar:
Apotheke, Allgemein-Ärzte, Internet-Cafe, Supermarkt,
Pizzeria, China-Restaurant, Haydn-Park, Kath. Kirche.

Eine große Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Geschäften und Lokalen erreichen Sie

our typical old Viennese house with green inner courtyard !

Our new renovated house is positioned in the 12 th district, centrally, with good infrastructure.
The in 1 Minute reachable public means of transportation will transport you to
Viennas city centre with opera house – Kärntnerstrasse – Hofburg –
Karlskirche – Secession – Naschmarkt or Schönbrunn.

On foot at two minutes accessible:
Chemist's shop, different kind of doctors, dentist, post office,
Internet cafe, supermarket, pizzeria, Chinese restaurant,
Coffee house, Haydn park, Catholic Church.

Within 10 minutes of walking
you will reach a big shopping street with many shops and bars or
also an outdoor swimmingpool. Several hospitals – under it
the AKH – are quick and comfortably accessible.

Nearby
the lines of tram 6, 18 and 62, bus 59 A, 12 A and 15 A, and underground U 4,
as well as the city railroad (S-Bahn and Badener Bahn) are available to bring you to Prater,
Danube island, the Shopping City and to the City of Baden with spa and casino

In city of vienna parking your car in parking bays in the districts 1 – 9 is only possible
when after paying taxes, in our district and in the outlying districts parking
your car is still for free. For garage place you should ask before.

There is the possibility to lend or to put back bicycles at over 240 locations
